Seventieth & Smith is a small, independent software studio. We build local-first apps that run on your own device. One-time purchase, no subscriptions, and nothing siphoned off to the cloud.
Two apps, both built on the same belief: the tools you rely on every day should belong to you, not rent you back your own information. Both run on Windows and Android, and both keep your records on your device.
Seventieth & Smith, LLC
Your records live on your device, not on our servers. We run no accounts and no cloud.
A fair one-time price. No subscriptions, no recurring fees, no lock-in.
We're not chasing trends. We build for things we do ourselves, and we use our apps every day.
Two focused apps for keeping track of the things that matter: your land and your lineage.
From first tomato to full homestead
One app for everything you grow and raise, on Android and Windows. Track plants and mushrooms, bees, poultry, and livestock, then get irrigation, frost, and pest guidance drawn from published extension sources, with 1,300+ plants and 300+ animal breeds built in. Your records stay on your device and everything works offline.
Records keep the facts. FamilyLoupe reveals the lives.
A local-first genealogy app that turns your family tree into insight: life expectancy by lineage, economic mobility, migration on a year-by-year map, health patterns, and DNA haplogroup lines. Import a GEDCOM or start from scratch, and connect FamilySearch for record hints. It runs on both Windows and Android, and your family's history stays on your devices. Try it free first, then pay once.
We'd love to hear from you.
